Spire Residential Properties is a residential property trader and investor. We buy all types of properties, either to sell on, refurbish or redevelop, or rent back to the vendor. We are not estate agents, nor any sort of online property marketing business.
Spire Residential Properties is a local business based in Hampshire, serving central southern England. Our local focus means we are never very far away from our customers and can respond rapidly. We always offer a home visit to explain the options open to you, get a good understanding of your situation and requirements, and discuss your concerns. We believe, in most instances, our approach will help you to find the best solution for you.

No fees
There are no upfront charges. In fact there are no fees at all. We even pay your legal (conveyance) costs.
